Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Product packaging should be intact

  • Unboxing video or clear images may be required for verification

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged products after delivery

  • Products returned without original packaging

  • Clearance or final sale items

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method

  • Refund may take 5–7 business days to reflect depending on your bank or payment provider

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID

  • Product images/videos

  • Issue description

Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
